Faith

Faith: "Taking God at his Word and staking ones life on the fact that HE can and will do what HE says HE will" a quote by Robert Bingham
Faith must have an object and for me that object is the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
So the question that comes to mind is what does GOD say HE will do:
Make me rich ? no
Make me healthy? no
Make all my interactions with other perfect? no

GOD promises to never leave me nor forsake me
God promises to complete the good work HE began in me.
God promises that HE will cause all things to work together for good.
God promises that I will be with HIM forever.
These are the ones that have come to my mind today as I pondered this question.
That is what GOD is doing and is going to do, and I can stake my life on that, and the evidence of that commitment is the death, burial and resurrection of HIS SON the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
I am confident that as I grow in the faith God has given me HE will reveal move absolutes that i can stake my life on.
